Class Description :
This is a 6 1/2 hour course. Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches students critical skills needed to respond to and manage a first aid, choking or sudden cardiac arrest emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives.
Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies. This course also teaches adult CPR and AED use.
The First Aid portion will be skills only so please take the online AHA First Aid class and e-mail the certificate of completion to
info@actioneducation.net prior to class.
Required supplies for this class:
- The AHA requires that the most recent copy of the manual is used with the class. If you need one they are avaiable for purchase at the time you register and will be provided the day of class.
The AHA does require you have the most up to date Heartsaver manual for class. If you need one you can purchase it below and it will be avaiable at class.
